Mod Request: Plant Trees Anywhere

Hi, I tried looking around to see if someone has made a mod to plant normal trees anywhere, with no luck.. I'm trying to make a pathway to my in-game grandfathers grave site and use Maple and Oak trees along the path for scenery. I would like to make them tightly packed and close together but, as you may know they only grow if you space them apart. Just to be clear, example:

 

Normally you have to grow normal tree's like maple trees, pine trees and oak trees you need to space like so (x is a tree and o is an empty space):

xoxoxoxoxo

 

 

My request is to see if someone can make a mod so it's more like this:

xxxxxxxxxxx

xxxxxxxxxxx

I would try the Crop Transplant mod, its configable to transplant fully grown trees to make what you want. https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2594

Thank you! However, it does not transport full grown trees...
