CTD on startup, skse crash log in MO2 loose files doesn't help

So was playing around in Markarth, punched a guard and some civilians, and ended up triggering Death alternative. My character was frozen sitting on the ground in Cidhna Mine(all other characters were active and moving), which I think triggered the No Escape from Cidhna (I had not started quest yet). I just backed out of game without saving, as I was done playing for the night.

Now when I try to launch the game, nothing happens. I am using a lot of mods, but had played for many hours without any CTD issues, over several weeks.

Though I doubt it would be much help, here is skse crash log info:

Crash info:
2020_11_17_23-16-02 - 687B21: V(1); EAX(2980); EBX(1); ECX(0); EDX(0); ESI(1B418B0); EDI(1B418B0); EBP(8F980000); ESP(19F73C); STACK(A48D01 A49387 A495A1 A3ADA0 A3CA99 A3CAA7 A400C8 69122C 415342 F603D7 F5230E A3D15E A3D7FA A3E577 A3D3C8 A3E3B3 A3EC69 A3C378 A3C655 A4B11E A3C759);

I tried rebuilding FNIS Output, and re-did Wrye Bash to patch for compatability. The only thing that changed was updating my MO2 software, thinking that could be the problem.

I would appreciate any ideas. The only other funky stuff I had seen in game was the same night, when shooting arrows at a target, the kill cam was triggered. I thought it strange, so did it a second time.

On the second shot, the killcam triggered and animation played in extreme slow motion. I had thought it frozen until the PC blinked. So I sat and did some reading until the shot finished (about 10 minutes), then the extreme killcam stopped and time went back to normal. I saved my game and then restarted Skyrim in case there was some sort of memory issue, which worked fine until the Cidhna Mine thing.

None of which tells me why the game would not fire up again.
