Sardonnicus
So I am having this weird sound issue within Skyrim. When I start the game and I am in the main menu, everything is fine. When the game is loading, everything is fine. But when I am in the game world playing, there is a huge amount of some mysterious "white noise." It's quite loud. If i go into the console, it goes away, but returns the moment I am back playing. It goes away on the loading screens as well. I have tried all the sound fixes I found on the internet... switching the khz to the lower rate. Turning down the volume levels. Nothing seems to fix it. I have no sound card. I go straight into the mother board. I think it's coming from some other component in my computer, but i'm not sure. The sound didn't start until I put a new HD in my computer. This sound is not showing up in other programs though, or when I am in windows 7. It seems to be unique to Skyrim. Consider me buggered on this one.
