Slowhand02
Can any of you pros tell me which console command I can use to remove/delete an object off the map during gameplay (i.e. a body, a piece of furniture, or those pesky robot butlers from my Megaton & Tenpenny pads)? I've toyed around with the "removeitem" command while pointing at the object, and entered its displayed ID number as a parameter, but nothing works so far. Also, some items don't show an ID when pointed at. TIA

TIA Try opening clicking on the thing you want to remove while in the console and type 'disable' (Without quotes) that always seems to work for me
Slowhand02
Thanks, MaxisWilde, but the "disable" command unfortunately doesn't work either. Any other ideas?
TheOutlander
The command you want is "zap" (without the "s).
Slowhand02
That did it. Thanks a bunch, Outlander! I may be wrong, but AFAIK this useful command isn't mentioned in any of the listings I've seen posted so far...
