skalami1
Hey guys are their any plans to compile some of the nicer bigger mods together for an all-in-one immersion mod that possibly multiple people could work on? I love the few places that people have added and existing places like Arefu and Megaton that modders have changed it would be great to combine them and have one or two peolpe work on making the mods work together. Combine a ton of new location adding and location changing mods with a few gameplay changing/weapons changing mods to really give it a whole new experience. I would love it if a lot of new places were added that followed the Fallout lore, its all readily available on the Fallout Wikis. Im sorry im asking for this and not contributing myself, i would start a cash pool if it wasnt illegal (would a graphics card/hard drive incentive be illegal? on ppcgeeks.com they make mods to hack our PDA (HTC Touch/6900/6700/6800) cell phones and theirs a bunch of money contribution links for people with pools building all the time for new mods for their phones and mods to Windows mobile) sorry i'll back off this part, i just want to contribute and im horrible at working with the geck/programming in general i really appreciate all the free work done by people, i havent sampled much yet just a few local mods but its crazy all the mods and work people do. I love
MechanicalPirate
I think guides would be better than a compilation mod. People have different tastes. Some people prefer to make the game harder whether it breaks immersion, some want it to be more "realistic", and others want no changes but content. A good idea would be a guide written for people. This way people can just click a link to see all the major gameplay mods (Ie the ones that are popular, not just the big changes), or another link the see all the Immersion mods, or another for all the content mods. Like we have at Nexus, but in a wiki format. That way we can have human filtering at work so only good mods (Not "x100 damage to all guns lol!") are shown.
