Also called silver elves, they have fair skin (sometimes tinged with blue) and hair of silver-white, black, or blue. (Humanlike colors are rare but possible.) Their eyes are blue or green with gold flecks. They are the elven subrace most tolerant of humankind, and most half-elves are descended from moon elves. Sun Elves: Sun Elves are less common across Faerun than moon elves, because most live on Evermeet, where nonelves are not allowed. Also called Gold Elves, they have bronze skin, golden blond, copper, or black hair, and green or gold eyes. These are seen as the most civilized and haughty elves, preferring to remain seperate from nonelven races Drow: Descended from the original dark-skinned elven subrace called the Illythiiri, the Drow were cursed into their present appearance by the good elven deities for following the godess Lolth down the path to evil and corruption. Also called dark elves, the drow have black skin that resembles polished obsidian and stark white or pale yellow hair. They commonly have very pale eyes in shades of lilac, silver, pink, and blue. They also tend to be smaller and thinner than most elves. Most drow on the surface are evil and worship Vhaeraun, but some outcasts and renegades have a more neutral attitude. Because the sun elves sound more cool and it sounds like they are more like elves from the Lord of the rings. And their city should be made out of gold. No not little gold pieces just change the color on the buildings to look like gold. And I think it would be cool if the weather in the town was always sunny. And they would have nothing to do with the other races. They would say stuff like leave our city you filthy humanoid. And the Sun elves would sell very expensive elven armor and weapons. Omega6 Posted August 7, 2003 Author Share Posted August 7, 2003 yeah, i was thinking that it would be cool to redo the Daedric ruins and Dagoth Ur type stuff turned from evil black and red to a happy gold and remodeled to look full again... i mean house dagoth was dark elves right, and the elves are all somehow related so... why not have similar arcatechure, you could put some connection between House Dagoth and these elves before the war and create our own history Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
