Jonay
Hello, I have had a problem for a while now with wired shadows. They look like striped things on the ground, sometimes its nothing, sometimes it's really bad. I have downloaded 2 mods for this, and tried 2 different .Ini fixes and nothing has worked. It removed some of them but not the ones outside, specially in the snow where it's most visible.I was wondering if anyone of you had any idea of how to get this the F :excl:K away from skyrim :3 thanks for any help! I'll post a link so you can see what I mean.Ps, there is also a problem with some of the other shadows from trees, they don't eeeh....... render.. untill I get really close. I don't know if they are related but yea. Also, its almost never ever this bad as it is on this photo, specially sense the 2 mods, and ini fixes, but it's the same bug, sometimes a little somtimes a bit closer towhat you can see on the photo.---> http://tinypic.com/r/5x98h4/
SkyTweak
This is an ongoing issue for many as well as myself. I too have tried a couple mods that said it would fix it...nothing.I have done the .ini setting changes and still nothing. I am willing to keep this page open and try out possible solutions. I heave read that a lighting mod may fix it, Enhanced Lights and FX, but I cannot run that mod without a significant FPS drop for that is not an option. I use Realistic Lighting Overhaul, no FPS drop but not a fix either. This issue can be quite immersion breaking and is just downright ugly. If anyone knows anything about getting this really fix, then please don't hesitate to help us out <img src="http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/tongue.gif" class="bbc_emoticon" title=":P" />
MShoap13
What's your "fShadowBiasScale" set to in SkyrimPrefs.ini (located at \My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\)? Chances are, it's too low.
Ditronus
I had this problem as well a couple of weeks back, and I have RLO and Climates of Tam. The way I resolved the issue was to turn off the land casting shadows option in my .ini. I'm still trying to freaking fix the horrible shadow striping on NPC's, though. All the .ini changes I've done didn't help.
Jonay
What's your "fShadowBiasScale" set to in SkyrimPrefs.ini (located at \My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\)? Chances are, it's too low. I just changed this, this fixed almost all of the shadow things, just tiny ones left, hardly noticeable. I can't remember what I put it too but yes, it was indeed to olow.
