Missing all map markers :(

So here is a quick breakdown on my problem, and any help is very much appreciated.

To make helping me (and others im sure) easier I will list an FAQ.

 

windows 8 (Doesnt work in windows 7 either)

NVIDIA 9800 GT

 

- Please be more specific.

Every map marker and player position marker in the world and local map is gone. I can still see everything out of the maps. Such as floating quest markers, discovered/undiscovered locations, enemy position, quest/personal markers.

 

- Using latest version of Skyrim?

Yes, patch 1.8.

I am using all the Unofficial Patches (USP, UDP, UHP.)

Also Armor and Weapon fixes.

I use Wrye Bash to create a bashed patch, and Skyrim ReProccer (i think thats the name) to patch my entire game with the Skyrim Redone changes.

 

- Have you cleaned your mods with TES5Edit?

Yes. I also made copies of all my plugins to restore if that didnt fix it.

 

- When did this start happening?

I am not entirely sure. It seems like it happened randomly.

 

- Have you tried making a new save as clean as possible?

Not really, however I am looking for a more specific fix before I do all that. I have disabled/uninstalled, clean save loaded and all that but only with a handful of mods I thought that may be causing it with no success.

 

I use BOSS, NMM, Wrye Bash, and have used the Skyrim Save Clean with again, no success.

What about map mods you have installed? These dont always have plugins.

 

Check data/interface for map.swf. If its there try deleting it. If that fixes your problem figure out which mod it came from because vanilla skyrim doesnt have this as a loose file. Silly ini settings can cause this too. Try deleting the ini files at \Documents\My Games\skyrim\ and then run SkyrimLauncher.exe to restore them. Test again. Thats all Ive got, im terrible at trouble shooting mod conflicts.

All of my map markers were gone so I reinstalled all map mods. Started game and before opening the map went through a door to the outside. Map is fixed... go figure!
