This is my current load order but everytime I try to run the game it crashes as it goes to the main menu

That's typically caused by a mod dependency issue. The game is trying to load a plugin that has a missing master.

 

1) Download and install BOSS, run BOSS (post full BOSS log here, enclosed in spoiler tag, if you want some general tips about load order stability and maintenance).

 

2) Download TES5Edit, run and load all your newly re-ordered plugins. If TES5Edit bounces an error message and stops loading, the plugin that causes it to halt is the culprit.

@ripple Thanks again for responding to this that TES5Edit tool worked wonders for this turns out it was the cloak mod not put in correctly and also

not having the UFO files in the correct load order.
