Help please, having trouble with my mod list

So I've been having an issue with mods and my game where I keep getting this screen when I load the game. The UI is bugged and none of the options activate when clicked. Example is included in the photo. I also included my modsettings file, to help find the culprit. Anyone have any insight or experience this before? Should i scrap and restart from vanilla? Am I an a**hole for asking this question here?

Black start screen indicates that Gustav has failed to load so there is no campaign.

 

I think the problem is that you have duplicates in your mod order:

Is in there 3 times.
Also you have a mod in the mod order that is not in the mods list:

<attribute id="UUID" type="FixedString" value="e9f4b3e9-2dd1-4c9b-9b0d-ff4b04999f80"/>
</node>

Delete two of the duplicates and the one that isn't linked to anything and give it another go.

I did what you said and it didn't seem to change anything. kept deleting and retrying and found that "5e Spells" was missing a ", and read as 5eSpells" after fixing that it loaded just fine. I'm sure your advice helped once that was solved. Thank You! :D :D
