Want to mod FNC, don't understand the scripting

All rightI want to mod the prologue for New California so a Jock can get the companion Alpha. THere's some script somewhere that allows this but I don't know when or where it is. If I do the recruitment quest A Roboto Mori by console command, it doesn't do anything, and I certainly cannot have him as a companion, and most importantly for me, I can't enable his ALPHA Strike dialogue options. It's the last I really want.

In the jock playthrough parts needed to do A Roboto Mori are missing: instead of ALPHA being alive and protected behind a forcefield with an ALPHASHOCK computer terminal to boot him up as in the scientist playthrough, the ALPHASHOCK computer doesn't exist, there's no forcefield and ALPHA is dead. How do I change that? If I knew the scripts to make him a companion with the ALPHA Strike dialogue options available and how to activate them by console command, I'd do it right now, but I have no idea about any of this.
