[Mod request] Accessibility - Rebind ESC to other key of choice

So I've only the available use of one hand and very limited upper body movement. Reaching over the keyboard to the ESC key is fairly cumbersome, as it's.a key that is used a lot in the game. So I'd like the ability to rebind it. Often in games modals that popup you can click where it would say "close" but unfortunately you cannot in this.

 

Looked around and it doesn't seem there are any mods for this or any native functionality to do so.

 

So if anyone could please make something like this that'd be incredible. Or perhaps point me n the direction of how I could do it
