The other two was somewhere near the hotsprings, and In the Forsworn region. Personally I've kinda grown tired on all the house mods I've seen around Whiterun or RiverWood. That Bathing Beauties Bath house(something I forget) mod had an option where you can have your followers live at the Bath house. And they will wander about the Suite grounds. Yeah thats probably a bit different than getting them to be assinged as guards. But hey, hopefully someone can figure it out. I am lookin over this video and the castle looks pretty damn nice and clean. I like it. So yeah Would you be able to upload an imperial guard version?
