NMM version 0.44 released, new file servers and site updates

Agree with all these posts. .44.1 is horrible. Will stay with .43.2 until this nightmare is nothing but a bad memory.

There seems to be an issue where deleting, not uninstalling, a mod causes the mod manager to freezer, resulting in ctrl-alt-delete, and task manager.

So far, really good. I've not any problems with NMM yet, and site access has been fluent.

This has to be the worst update so far. i have never really had any problems with nmm before with any of the other updates. but now i cant access any of my oblivion mods through nmm, because it NEVER finishes the useless readme archive update thingy.

I've heard that if you are wearing your left snow boot and right tennis shoe while wearing an extra-medium tshirt with Skelator on it and tap the space bar three times while reciting random quotes from MP's Quest for the Holy Grail and then launch, you should be okay.

 

It's working for me anyway.

I can't remove anything since this update without NMM freezing. I dont even run that many mods. Anyone else having this problem?

Many of us are. There is a problem with this release, based on the difficulty that so many of us are having. I am sure they know and are working on it.
