Most mods not loading. No error message that i know of

Topic: most mods not loading. No error message that i know of (1.3.19)

I am using Vortex version 1.3.19 and I am trying to mod skyrim vr. I am using Windows 10 pro, x64, and I have 8gb of RAM. I am only using a handful of mods (12). When i start the game at the top of my headsets screen it says that my “Helgel reborn” and “immersive citizens” have loaded but none of my other mods show up. The mods I know don’t work are “AchievementsModEnabler” and “VRIK Player Avatar” I know these don’t work because I don't have to progress to see them.

 

EDIT are there any other sites that i can use for screenshots that do not have results that sound like p*rn cuz it did not load the images

 

Please remember I’m not knowledgeable on the subject of modding, I just want to add some additional content that's all. (if the screenshots don't load it is because the website vortex suggested had some suspicious suggested results so i didn’t use it)

 

EDIT I disabled the two working mods and "AchievementsModEnabler" and it still put the achievements disabled message so i know that there is at least one other working mod
