CannedBullets
I have the Project ENB Data Folder for Climates of Tamriel (which I also have), however there is another file in the main files section that's a manual download. Will I need that as well? What files do I move to what after I manually download Project ENB v1_7 revised? Also, what do the performance options mean? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20781#content Actually, can someone walk me through the entire process if I need to manually download ENB I have Climates of Tamriel also. Call me stupid, whatever, I just don't know what to do at all with manual downloads, I just rely on the mod manager. unuroboros
It may help if you consider that you're actually working with three different mods:Climates of Tamriel, which you can use standalone if you want, just to give more variety and immersion to the weather in the game. Project ENB, which is only a collection of settings for ENB itself. You could use it independently of CoT, you cannot use it independently of ENB itself. And ENB Series (for Skyrim), which you cannot download on the Nexus, because of the author's wishes. You need to download and install it manually, and it can be a bit tricky since there are lots of different versions, a ton of settings, and even two different ways to run ENB (injected or DLL proxy). So here's the thing: Which version of ENB you download depends on what settings you want, or if you're using a preset (like Project ENB), which version that preset is designed for. Project ENB says you'll need v 119. I suggest you install it and make sure it's working before you apply Project ENB at all, just so you're more familiar with how ENB works and what it looks like on its own. There are already scads of posts on this site alone for how to get ENB working, and it's not too hard to just guess your way through it either. ;)
