polearbair
I've got NAT installed which does make the game look great but anyone that lives any where that gets snow in the winter can tell you there's nothing more blinding than a bright sunny day when the ground is snow covered and with NAT installed all the northern snow covered areas get blindingly bright when the weather is clear and sunny. This is perfectly realistic but in the real world we have these things called sunglasses for just such occasions. In keeping with the whole realism thing it would be cool if we had some dwemer shades we could equip that would serve the same purpose.

polearbair
Most of those are purely cosmetic Items, a few provide night vision which as the exact opposite effect. None of them provide any kind of tinting or darkening effect.
