Draghy
I'm trying to rebalance melee weapons for my game and I have many mods installed, can't tell which one of them might be altering Melee Damage calculation. In my current game, at 5 STR, melee damage is about 50% higher than the GECK value, and even at 1 STR it's still slightly higher than the base value. dubiousintent
Your question is too broadly framed. Virtually every mod affects damage in some manner. That does not equate to changing the formula: which is given "here". Suggest you start by looking at a particular weapon from a particular mod and how it reportedly changes "damage". Many "overhaul" mods have painstakingly altered most if not all weapons to achieve the author's idea of "perfect balance". Look at the weapon record in FNVEdit after loading your entire "load order". It will list every mod that alters the same "melee weapon" record, and show you the different values that were altered by each. The last listed "plugin" on the right is the "winner" of the record conflicts. -Dubious- Edited December 2, 2020 by dubiousintent
