Deleted41573005User Posted November 29, 2020 Share Posted November 29, 2020 (edited) Hello everyone,im working on an extra dialogue mod for Dual Survivors Nate, and I’ve managed to cram an extra 1000 lines of dialogue into him so far (I am going to release this when completed) To make a more interesting diverse character, I was wanting to get Nate to react to your player character finding items like: holotapes, caps, nuke cola etc. I was thinking by using getisid might work, but I’m not certain. I am also wanting to get Nate to react to player character entering a bed (owned and available) player sitting on the sofa, or you selecting a locked door.I’m hoping to achieve this without making scripts as I haven’t got a clue how to make a script,so I’m hoping to take advantage of creation kits inbuilt tools.I was also wanting to create a scene where the player character exits vault 111 with Nate for the first time. I wanted a scene where Nate gasps and reacts to the world when he first sees it, and also for him to say that he wants to go see their old home. I’ve never created a scene before, and as Nate already has scenes I don’t want to mess them up. Also, how would I get Nate to use specific dialogue reactions when player character is talking to a certain npc? You should look at these: SayCustom(), RegisterForRemoteEvent, Quests, Actor Script.. and you should also check the Companion system (Followers quest, companionaffinity script).
