Skyrim Creation Kit won't compile scripts

It always gives me an error when I try to compile a script.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Run Steam's "verify integrity" on the Toolkit. You should have > 10,000 files (yes, ten thousand) in your Data\Scripts\Source folder.
