Convenient Horse - No Menu starting

Hello i am newbee at Skyrim MOD ... (i used Total War Medieval Mods Warhammer/Follower of the Ring // Rome2)

i go to download and install

At First SkyrimScriptExtender SKSE

Convenient Horse Original + German Translation

...but only the SPELL for Horse to be see - i could mark as FAVORIT

 

...only one happend ... Mounting/Dismounting is faster

and upper left info horse "friendly to all"

the spell could not be added to right/left hand ... so no starting ??

First idea after reading description...

installing Skyrim SkyUI
... the loading order first 3 the originals from bethesda
than 4 SkyUI

5 Convenient Horses

 

but only the nicer Menu of SkyUI is function ...

the PROBLEM with the horse MOD is not be solved.

Make i something completly false :-0 ?-0

in vanila game i had build all 3 houses completly ... bought nearly all horses ... most ar dying by attacking a troll or dragon.
the last from Windstad Manor is running away ... after 4h realtime searching in game i was ready to install this mod ... in good remembering of "whistle and calling" in oblivion

i found something about "Skyrim special edition" ... NEXUS says i didn´t download "convenient horse" SpecialEdition ???
for my it is the same site i downloaded 30min befor ...

 

is this my error???

... ahh mostly solved ...

Menu not activated over spelling a cast , not over "E" - use ...

it is under "y" - where i say dragonspells.
