Hands disappear, weapon mods glitchy.

I'm very new to this, just moved from PC about a month. I installed mods on NMM but realized Vortex does it better. So I transferred them to Vortex. I followed the steps to put mods on Fallout 4 such as the F4SE and bEnableFileSelection=1 . Now some mods run nicely. I've gotten the Preston Woody skin along with Paladin Buzz lightyear skin and they look fine. As well the PAM Power armor Hydraulic sound effect. Now the ones that aren't working are the Navi Power armor, the textures keep showing a green and the default T-60. And the The Police 2051-Robocop and Judge Dredd is showing up with messed up textures as well. And I did add the Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) in the beginning too.
