DanaDark Posted January 3, 2009 Share Posted January 3, 2009 Okay, Im new to oblivion, and downloaded a few mods from the site, FCOM, ROberts body replacers, some graphics adjustments, etc. Im having trouble with some meshes in the game. Im seeing "WTF Im a missing Mesh" A LOT in taverns. Everything in the tavern seems just fine, cups, bottles, people, chairs, tables, etc. But most taverns will have One or a few of these big yellow WTF signs on the counter that takes up A LOT of room. I found out that this WTF missing mesh marker is a mod from some form of original missing mesh marker, and that everybody seems to love these massive yellow signs... But I HATE THEM. lol. Just when Im getting really into the story of the game, I enter a tavern and a HUGE yellow star block thing ruins all hopes for immersion. I was wondering how I can make it where if there is a missing mesh, nothing at all shows up. I'd rather see nothing and wonder why I cant move past the edge of a counter or what not than see these massive yellow signs. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DanaDark Posted January 3, 2009 Author Share Posted January 3, 2009 The data files list is rather extensive with the mods I have. Be a very very long time to check each and every one. As well, it's just something that annoys me, and most taverns have 1 of these things floating about on the counter. Tchos Posted January 4, 2009 Share Posted January 4, 2009 I understand DanaDark as asking how to make the "missing mesh" graphic invisible, rather than finding the specific problem in the mods, like disabling a warning if you don't want to go through the troubleshooting process and it otherwise works well enough. It should be possible, as my game originally showed the missing mesh graphic as a simple yellow triangle with a ! in it, but at some point it was replaced by the WTF starburst version, so it may have been included with one of those unofficial Oblivion patches I installed.
