Any info on these iron sights?

So I've recently downloaded Unique Gun Parts - Combat Rifle and when looking through the screen shots I found this:I've always kind of disliked the vanilla iron sights for the combat weapons and was wondering if there was actually a mod that changed them to how they look in the picture ever released. I should probably add that these iron sights do not belong to this mod since when I load it up in my game the combat rifle only has the vanilla iron sights.
