Followers leaving after I load a save

I ask someone to follow me, they do so, but after i load a save they are not my follower and just walk away :(

 

I'm playing with the latest patch and the 3 dlc's

 

When i began this playthrough i downloaded Extensible Follower Framework as my follower mod.

I had 3 followers (Lydia, Ceri, J'zargo) at one point, but i wasn't a big fan of the menu for EFF, so i uninstalled it how it said to.

 

- Before removing this mod make sure you dismiss all of your companions through this system. After dismissing all of your companions you need to make sure none of this mods scripts are still running, to do that you have to stop the quests controlling the scripts.
stopquest DialogueFollowerExtended (FollowerExtension for versions >= 3.0)
stopquest FollowerMenu
Wait some ingame time for the scripts to run through
Save your game
Uninstall
Load your save
Save your game

 

After that i downloaded UFO and the problem began there, so i removed UFO because i thought it was the cause of the problem (might be)

I have now downloaded Amazing Follower Tweaks with is my favorite follower mod but at the time wasn't updated

I have deleted my ini. files (someone said it might help) but the bug persists

 

I can fast travel with a follower no problem but as soon as i reload a save they just walk away (Lydia did it in a dungeon)

 

Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately I have encountered the same problem. I began testing EFF instead of using AFT, as it gave me more follower option. Keep in mind I have 6 Followers. I have "Sofia", "Ambriel" and "Serana" as my first 3 favorite (not managed by the mod) and "Lydia", "Brelyn", and "Mjol" as the other three (Vanilla followers). The second three always disappear, after I load a save file. Keep in mind I haven't removed it yet. So wait for my update.
