LE [Mod Request] Grimm Black and Red Skull race and wooden staff weapon mods for Zerstorer from Grimm

I am looking for mods to create Zerstorer from the show Grimm. His appearance is: a black skull-like face with sunken glowing green eyes with glowing red veins/lightning all over his body and wields a wooden staff that is extremely powerful with the ability to generate huge shockwaves when used to strike the ground, can produce electric energy, and can resurrect the dead. I will include images if it helps. Anyone who can create/link to mods would be greatly appreciated.
