custom conscious loop/idle sound?

Hi, I'm super new to modding, but I somewhat know how to generally navigate ck (I've made a few custom followers for myself).

I'm trying to make a gag mod as a gift for my friend but I'm struggling with it as it just doesn't seem to want to work. in the same manner as atronachs have an "idle" sound that they emit, I'm trying to make it so Cicero emits "gangnam style" (a sped-up version, as I read that audio files that are too long don't work properly).

I added the custom sound and it plays fine in ck when previewing it, so I know it's there. I set it to almost the exact same settings as the flame atronach's "Atronach_Flame_Conscious_LP" file and added it to all three versions of Cicero (being CiceroRoad, Cicero, and CiceroDawnstar), but when attempting to test it the sound doesn't play. There are no warnings in CK, but Vortex gives me this warning, and I'm not sure how to fix it/why it's not a valid plugin/how to make the mod work properly. If anyone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Please be patient, I am stupid.

Actor's "Conscious Sounds" are handled by other npcs that are assigned to your Actor.

- The conscious loop sound is inserted to an "Audio Template Npc".

- Then the "Audio Template Npc" is assign to your actor's property audio tab.

* Only the "Audio Template Npc" can actually see your "Sound Descriptor", your 'Real Actor' only sees the "Audio Template Npc".
