Unable to use any mods

Hello fellow gamers,

when I install any mod, it either does not work (nothing changes in the game) or brakes the game (I can not walk by using joystick, this is repaired by uninstalling the mod).

Do you have any idea why? I am prety sure I am using Vortex correctly, since I am playing another game successfully moded with Vortex.

This is happening to me since U6 (tried U7, U8 and now U8.4 without success).

I have steam version of BaS and I am using Valve Index.

Yeah i have the same problem

i have a similar problem but the maps don't work and the weapons are question marks and don't spawn plus the spells don't appear
