SSE A special player house

I am looking for a house for SSE and my play style. I am old and too lazy to learn to make my ideas myself.

 

One bedroom, kitchen, library with enough open shelves for vanilla books, collection room... There is more, but I won't bore you all with it until you want to be (aka: you contact me) The house has no need for crafting, armory, adoption, or followers.
