Can't progess quest past Bleak Fall Barrows

Hello.

 

I recently started replaying Skyrim a few days back and had no problems until today.

 

After finishing the Bleak Falls Barrow quest line and picking up the Dragonstone, I return to Farengar to continue the quest and nothing happens after I give it to him. Everyone just kinda stands around and Delphine just repeats the same irritating lines over and over again whenever I get close to her.

 

I tried using the setstage console command (I put in setstage MQ103 200) and she and Farengar just ends up walking out of the room and the next quest line still doesn't initiate. Failing that, I tried to activate the next series of quests using the setstage command, and nothing happens. I tried looking all over online and the only suggestions I could find was use the setstage command or deactivate all my mods and try again, which I did. I uninstalled all my mods and the problem still persists.

 

This is the first time this has happened to me, and I've played through the game with about 20 or so different characters, using the sames mods that I am using right now.

 

If anybody could help, it would be appreciated.

 

If a list of mods will help, I'll post it.

 

Update:

 

Ok. This is actually getting pretty freaking hilarious. So I gave up trying to continue the main quest and I started the Companion quest line. When I go to the training grounds to try and train with Vilkas, all the companions become hostile and try to kill me. Great. I'm actually beginning to think that all the quests are bugged and this game just wants me to not play it.

*Sigh*

 

Ok. So I killed one of the Jarl's kids cause he pissed me off very early in the game and it turns out that that one little thing was what was causing my game to crap all over itself.

 

I revived him before talking with Farengar and all is back to normal.
