Any advice on how to fix my game?

I finally had was able to install FNV on a new PC but for whatever reason, some meshes would be missing then reappear when I enter and exit cells, but that would only cause problems in places that were fine before. Sometimes, NPCs won't respond to me. (Chet) Flora would look blocky and ugly. Textures would go crazy. I modded my game on an older PC and I had over 200+ mods. I remembered had to install mods correctly and such but I might of done something wrong. (Obviously) I anyone can give me the slightest help I'd much appreciate it. : )

 

PC Specs:

 

CPU- Phenom 2 x6 1045T

RAM- 16GB

GPU- Radeon HD 6870

 

Using NMC Large Textures along with a few others that changes the items' textures in the game.

I Recommend you to reinstall it again, maybe the Texture and Meshes is corrupted or missing, but if your using other than windows 7, i suggest upgrade it to windows 7 right now. hope it helps

I have Windows 7 and I tried re-installing my Textures and Meshes but I think it's deeper than that but I lack all but the very basic skills for modding the game.

Alot of those mods I dont know, but you have no merged patch.

 

Create a merged patch, if it doesn't LET you do that then your load order is wrong, unfortunatly, I do not know alot of those mods so I cannot assist much.

 

I have heard though having too many mods does cause texture issues.. regardless of hardware. Maybe you just have too many mods?

You have too many plugins. The game starts to give the symptoms you indicated around 130-140 plugins, depending on the types of mods you have, your computer, etc.
