Black-white screen issue with mods installed

Hello.

 

Recently I have started playing Fallout 4 again, but as of now encountered only one issue with the list of mods I'm playing with and it is related to the game's textures:

 

What happens is (at least for what I noticed currently) that whenever there is rain, the screen starts to turn black-white-ish and disturbs the gameplay. Only if I pass the time so the rain will pass, then the screen returns back to normal. Here are two screenshots of the issue and the load order:

Unoficial patch caused trouble in the past so i never use it. aside from that u have some fog related mods....Anyways, start by eliminating weather, oclusion etc related mods.

 

Now.Those:

apear on ur troublesh also apear on my fresh install, it came from mo2 and i dont know what to do with them sinse i want a clean instal. I ended here cuz of that xD sry if i cant help
