Constantly jiggling

Hello, I am fairly new to skyrim modding, but I enjoy my physics in the game. Recently I have been having this issue where the breasts of my character constantly jiggle no matter what. The jiggle only happens if I put on a different piece of armor, then it stays forever. If I simply boot the game up from a new save, its normal physics until the torso piece is removed or replaced with something else.

 

 

Inside Body Slide I am using CBBE Body Special with the OMG Goddess Preset

When I batch build, if has an HDT option I choose that, as I like my phyiscs.

Any help would be appreciated

 

Also, all mods and game are installed via Vortex and I let vortex auto sort and auto load them for me.

The game runs smoothly with no CTD after playing for around 3 hours, and leaving it idle for about an hour
