Xaranth Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 GECK > Character > Hair..., right click the list in the left pane and select 'New', do the form filling, then you need to add the hair to the racial hair lists by dragging it from the 'Hair' window to the Race's 'Hair Styles' listbox under the 'Face Data' tab of the race menu.
