Xbox Fallout 4 mod creator wanted

hey everyone I need help , there was a mod created for Skyrim on Xbox that uncaps the frame rate.

I have contacted the mod creator and have had no response.

mods for un locking fps on Xbox don't work....well the mods I tried anyway

if anyone an make a mods that works as a 60fps uncap I will be grateful
