(MOD REQUEST) Remove New Austin Snipers As Arthur

As the title says would it be possible to remove the New Austin Snipers and also remove the wanted level in black water. I know there is a option in jedijoshes trainer to remove the snipers but it is kinda annoying if you save the game and reload it you will get shot then die

Maybe try Red Dead Trainer at Red Dead Redemption 2 Nexus - Mods and community, i think it saves that feature. It is the best trainer out there and almost no bugs.
