woodtortiose Posted January 4, 2009 Share Posted January 4, 2009 Hello, I've played this game many times through, and I thought I'd seen it all, but I have an issue with my most recent character. I'm playing a Lattamer elf, and I just returned home and was putting a bunch of stuff away in a chest, when upon closing the chest I was seeing nighteye! checking my spell effects page I see that its being caused by 'cateye' ability. I have no idea where this came from! I took off all my items, checked all the stuff I had just put away, and nothing to my knowledge is causing it. And I can't get rid of it, I've got permanant night eye! I'm running 200ish mods, all ones I've used before. Does anyone know of a console command to remove an ability? Or any other way to do it? Thanks the console command is player.removespell <spellID> and the only problem with that is, well you don't know the spellID. I'm not sure what way it is to find it. maYuYang Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 you could check the spell id with CS or TES4Edit, load the lattamer plugin(in TES4Edit uncheck all mods except the lattamer pluggy ofc) and check the spells. You propably want to sort them 1st. If I remember right, the Spell ID is hidden in the CS, you need to expand one of the vertical tables in the general list. In TES4Edit, expand the lattamer mod, than I think Spells. Sort by editor name and look on the number standing to the left of the Cateye Spell.
