Crashing After Saving

Hey guys, I just reinstalled FONV and it's been crashing when I attempt to save. This only ever happens after I enter the Repconn location and boulder city. I've found similiar problems around various forums, but no apparent fixes. I think the problem is with Project Nevada, but i can't be certain.

you are the unfortunate owner of a corrupted save. whatever is in that cell is corrupting your savegame. the solution? dont use mods......

 

realistic PREVENTION...not a solution but as close as it gets.

use a save manager, casm with mcm is nice.

back up your saves

keep a backup up the last backup, in case the new back up is actually corrupted

dont quick save, turn off all the autosave features, use the casm save method or only do saves through the escape menu
