WHAT ARE THE RULES: Posting Pics to Nexus (moved from OT Forum)

Greetings,

I have become aware of a challenge that has come about due to a lone crusader working diligently to make sure that all Screen Shots posted on the Nexus meet their criteria. It seems really capricious and arbitrary so I am looking for where these rules are posted so I can avoid the singular focus of this ONE INDIVIDUAL.

What are the rules?

What makes one screenshot that seems to be exactly like the others removeable. The people I have been hearing these reports from all say the same thing. When they ask about it they are treated VERY poorly and are threatened with bans and banishments.
