waterbottles Posted March 10, 2013 Share Posted March 10, 2013 Hey Guys, I recently installed FONV and i added a lot of mods a long with it. Most of which work with eachother I really haven't found any problems regarding conflicting mods. Most of my mods are weapons any how. To get to my dilemma. Whenever I explore Boulder or Repconn, my game crashes after I attempt to save. I've found similar problems but no real solutions to any of these problems. I use the Nexus Mod Manager to install and download my mods. These are my mods, is there any thing I should describe? waterbottles Posted March 10, 2013 Author Share Posted March 10, 2013 Almost all of them are weapons/attire mods and a few NPC mods to make a difference. I can't seem to figure out which mod is messing up the game.... I've messed around with it and I know it's a particular mod. Just can't figure out which.... I'll probably uninstall them all, start a new character go to repconn &boulder and save with various mods on. From what I've read from other people, they claim it's a run away quest script or just script in general that is corrupting the save file. Any one have an i deas? As far as my game runs, it runs really well, I haven't noticed any overlapping conflicts, as most of my mods are independent of eachother Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
waterbottles Posted March 10, 2013 Author Share Posted March 10, 2013 (edited) I'm mostly just asking if anyone has had any similar problems when entering the Repconn area and if they discovered what the problem was. My list of mods are jsut there to see if you have the mod that was causing the problem. If all else fails and no one can tell me whats wrong aside from the massive amounts of plugins. I'm just gonna start over entirely which is shame since i have over 20 hours of playtime. I'm gonna start over and test every mod I install. luthienanarion Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 It doesn't matter what all of those plugins are; loading 140 or more will cause engine corruption because of a bug.
