Otterian Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Hi, I have made, or at least attempted to make, a new skin texture for my own custom race on many occasions, but every single one of them appears extremely glossy in cs/the game. They were all edited from original vanilla textures, if that helps. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong/didn't do?

I think it was a problem with the normalmaps, because I made my own originally but this time i copied an already existing one, renamed it, and it looks fine in the construction set. I haven't tested it in-game yet, but it should be fine
