TheWorldofRipX
HELP!!! i cant get any of these wings to work. the closest one i have working is the ephemara angel wings. first i duped a ring and just assigned it to the nif, bu this time i actually loaded the esp and duped the ACTUAL wings and STILL this is happening. i do not know how to "raise them" ? they are obviously at 0,0 but i suck at....modding, so can someone help me? This is with them equipped on my npc . https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=2881491602135651&set=a.1839067503044738 Edited December 9, 2020 by TheWorldofRipX
dylbill
Right click and choose translate, then raise the z position. Outfit Studio is also a good tool to use, because you can reweight them if you need to.

maxarturo
The pic is not available. However, i can imagine what you are trying to do and you will encounter some issues with this approach, if your wings are not created correctly like not having a "NiSkinInstance" (attached to the skeleton of the actor), the wings will not clip / follow the actor's body movement, for example: when the actor enters 'Sneak' the wings will float in the air / will remain in their original copy > pasted position. By just copy > pasting the model into the other model it will only occupy that particular position of the original model 3d space and it will follow the movement direction of the "0 NiNode" and not of the ACTOR"S. You need to make it an 'Armor' piece with NiSkinInstance. EDIT: Here are some links that will help you. http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Skyrim._Part_1 http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Skyrim._Part_2 A fast and easy way to do it using OutFit Studio, read carefully N7R post: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/9086663-armor-modding-process-in-2020/ I hope you find this easy and useful.
