Odd texture in Whiterun

So after a period of time I noticed a strange graphic glitch in Whiterun and I'm not sure what's causing it. Im using Skyrim Hd2k textures along with Bethesda's most recent hd textures. After disabling both I'm still seeing this issue in Whiterun. Right near where the blacksmith is when you enter there is a hay texture lining the road and dependant on which way I pan the camera the texture will disappear and just show the default rock road texture. I'm not sure where this "hay" texture came from but I'll attach a photo of it.

 

Any help would be awesome, this is a small bug but it is driving me insane.

Problem solved,

The problem was my antialiasing inside CCC. I have an AMD video card and apparently "Adaptive Multisampling" causes this problem. So I switched it to "Multisampling" or MSAA and it fixed my problem. Not only was there this texture bug it fixed but I was also experiencing transparent textures on my character as well in 3rd person view and now it fixed too :smile:. Hopefully this helps somebody else and like myself they wont go to the extreme and reinstall their game or something crazy like that.
