Mod request: Latin American voices for English (latinoamerican version)

For some reason CDPR did Latin American dubbing for the Spanish version (for spain) of the game, but did not use them for the Latin American version, we have the English version, I do not ask you to do a Latin American dubbing for the whole game, I ask if someone can activate the Latin American voices in the English language. So, Japanese people will speak Japanese, Americans are going to speak English, and Latinos: Latin Spanish.
