Character turns to black with a greenish mist when in combat

Okay so whenever I enter combat, my character turns black with a greenish mist for a little bit and so do my enemies and then I'm back to normal. This seems like an active effect but I saw nothing in any of them of this happening, and before you ask, no i don't wear ebony mail, I even took all of my clothes off and it still happens. I have zero perks that say this happens and I'm fairly certain I have zero mods that cause this. I have no idea what is causing it and it's annoying me because I checked every corner. If anyone has encountered this before and knows why it happens, please let me know. Thanks!
