[Request] Buy all blueprints at the ranged weapons vendor at V's apartment

It's a pain in the rear to constantly drive around and fast travel in hopes that there's a weapon/clothing dealer that has a blueprint you missed, so I hope that someone can make this mod a thing.

Agreed - would be nice if all stores added new BP s when your steet cred reaches a certain point

or a vender who only deals in blueprints of all types. perhaps have materials that restock daily.
