A Simple Mod to Allow Storing Polearms in Horse and Chests, Nothing More[MOD REQUEST]

I'd like to learn how to do this myself if anyone can oblige. I have no experience with creating mods, and was unable to find if this specific mod already existed. Or if someone just wants to create it themselves I won't complain.
