Is there anyway to change the looks afterwards? (currently just arrived at ostagar) also: is there a mod that makes my char looks acceptable? Regarding changing your character's appearance yourself: it is possible but not easy.I use "DragonAge Face Replacer" (DAFR), but there are other ways to do the same thing. As for using a face that someone else produced: once "in-game", your Warden's face is just a ".mor" file. So you can use one that was made for an NPC, or one found in anyone else's saved game, by following the procedures in DAFR.
