noveltyh3ro
I was wondering does skyrim support cutscenes? No animation or coding, just a video. Would be pretty good if it did but I did not see any :/
Northborn
As far as I know its possible to code basic cutscenes via ingame npcs and animations, but nothing particularly cinematic. As far as I'm aware, there are no ways to launch bik or avi videos. I could be very wrong though.
FullM88
That's a very interesting question. Skyrim reminds me a lot of Two Worlds II. They're both so similar in the way they function, especially with the console command feature. At least they had two to three cinematic cut scenes implemented. Awesome game by the way.
noveltyh3ro
Well, I really do hope somebody can fully answer my question, as in definite answer. I have played two worlds 1 and I must say i liked the fact that animals and shizzle came back as ghosts and the dual wield combat was much better than here. I have not yet played two worlds 2, my pc is bad. I have looked at gameplay and looks very good.

Hangman4358
You can but it is very cumbersome. first you set up a scene like are common in the game. then you can actually move the player and disable his controls and force first person and make the player put down his weapons. this way he acts more like a camera than anything else. I did mess with this a bit but it was so time consuming I just left it. regular scenes are just so much more enthralling to be part of I think. FullM88
I apologize  I had no answer to your question. I have no knowledge of Skyrim and the implementation of cuts scenes in all. Odd. Though, Hangman4358 took a stab at it. It Maybe possible with abundent time and space
