Mod Request: unequip weapon and clothing mods

Hi, I (among many others) really desire the ability to remove and reuse weapon and armor modifications from weapons and armor. like you can swap out cybernetic mods with ease, and i think its only right that we get to do the same with weapons and armor. i dont even think it'd be that difficult to do, like add the unequip button when you hover over said modifications. you could even do a version where if you unequip one of those mods it drops down a rarity, rare --> uncommon and worsen the quality of it or something like that

That would be great. But they prefer to make game-breaking mods rather than a small one that would be very useful.
